You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come to therapy.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or just not like yourself — you’re allowed to want more support. I work with people who are carrying a lot: the mental load, the invisible pressure, the things they don’t say out loud.

In therapy, I’m not here to analyze from a distance. I’m here to listen, to ask good questions, and to help you make sense of what’s actually going on — without judgment, and at your pace.

You get to show up messy. You get to be honest. And you get to feel a little less alone in the process.

Areas of focus/specialties

Tamara is a Provisional Psychologist with a Master of Counselling in Applied Psychology from the University of Lethbridge. Before becoming a therapist, she worked for several years as an elementary school teacher, where she developed a strong foundation in child mental health, behaviour, and learning.

Tamara works with children ages 6 and up, as well as adults navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, binge eating, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Her approach is person-centred, relational, and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, connected relationships.
