Tamara Constantine
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come to therapy.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or just not like yourself — you’re allowed to want more support. I work with people who are carrying a lot: the mental load, the invisible pressure, the things they don’t say out loud.
In therapy, I’m not here to analyze from a distance. I’m here to listen, to ask good questions, and to help you make sense of what’s actually going on — without judgment, and at your pace.
You get to show up messy. You get to be honest. And you get to feel a little less alone in the process.
