Anastasia Kildeeva

Graduate Intern
Immediate
Virtual & In Person
Lethbridge - Virtually all of Alberta, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia

As a graduate intern my goal is to walk alongside people as they navigate the challenges in front of them. I believe everyone has strengths, even if they don’t always feel obvious in the hard moments, and part of my role is to help uncover and build on those. Growth doesn’t happen in isolation—it often starts in connection—so I work to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, without judgment. My approach is supportive, culturally responsive, and grounded in the idea that small, consistent steps can lead to meaningful change.

Individuals (adults), teens. anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, disordered eating and body dysmorphia/body image concerns, stress & burnout, self-esteem, social struggles, emotional regulation, life transitions, grief and loss, neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism).

Who I See

Outside of work, I enjoy immersing myself in nature through pursuing outdoor activities like hiking and swimming, handcrafting candles and drawing, and reading (fantasy). Reality TV shows are a guilty pleasure of mine!
