Caitlin Rowe
Caitlin is a Canadian Certified Counsellor who works with individuals ages 12 and up, as well as couples. She supports people navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic pain, and changes in their lives or relationships.
With a background in kinesiology, Caitlin understands how closely physical health and emotional well-being can affect one another. She brings experience supporting people whose pain, injury, or disability has changed how they work, connect with others, and feel about themselves.
Caitlin takes time to get to know you and understand what you want from counselling. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, with room for honest conversations and humour when it fits. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what to say. She’ll help you find a place to start.

About Me
Before becoming a counsellor, Caitlin spent 10 years working with individuals on long-term disability, veterans, and people navigating the judicial system. These roles helped her understand how health concerns and difficult circumstances can affect a person’s independence, relationships, and confidence. She brings that experience to her work with both individuals and couples.
