Celeste Gilmour
You recognize your own destructive patterns but feel completely powerless to break them, leading you to blame yourself for the struggle. Your mind is constantly overwhelmed by overthinking, making it incredibly difficult to connect with your true identity beneath all the survival strategies you have built up over time.
You want to gain deeper insight into yourself—uncovering the roots of your reactions, decoding the messages behind your emotions, and discovering how your internal landscape influences your relationships with others.
I help you quiet the mental noise and transform patterns that no longer serve you. By creating a safe, deeply understanding space, I use a compassionate, client-centered approach to help you decode what your emotions are trying to tell you. Together, we will build self-insight and practical tools so you can feel more grounded, connected, and whole. Ultimately, my goal is to help you navigate life and relationships with clarity, confidence, and trust in yourself.
Therapy is meant to be a safe, grounding space where you can finally step out of survival mode, relax your mind and body, and rebuild trust in yourself and others.
