Reaching out for help can feel intimidating. You might be used to holding things in, pushing through, or not even knowing how to explain what’s been going on.

I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite like themselves lately. This can include anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief, or feeling disconnected in your relationships—whether that’s with a partner, family member, or even yourself. I really believe that you already have a lot of insight and strength within you—even if it doesn’t feel like it right now. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to offer a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and start making sense of what’s coming up for you.

Therapeutic approaches and modalities

My approach is person-centered, which means building a sense of safety and trust always comes first. From there, I draw from approaches including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to support practical tools and day-to-day coping. I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and emotion-focused work, which can help us explore different parts of your experience with curiosity and compassion.
