Kaitlyn Morin
Kaitlyn knows the weight first responders and their famlies carry — the long shifts, the trauma you can’t unsee, the burnout that bleeds into home life, and the distance it can create in your closest relationships. She helps clients process trauma, manage stress, and rebuild connection with themselves and their partners.

Who I See
“We’re all just walking each other home” Ram Dass
When I’m not working, I enjoy being outdoors—hiking, biking, or just staying active. My son’s enthusiasm for the outdoors means my spouse and I are often exploring parks and going on adventures. In the colder months, I’m usually curled up with a heated blanket, binge-reading. I also enjoy coordinating DIY projects for my spouse (he’s always thrilled) and trying to keep my garden alive. I’m a fan of good coffee, good company, and a good belly laugh.
