Kate Brohart
At the heart of my work is the belief that children, teens, and families can heal, grow, and move through hard things with the right support. I know therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and each child and family brings their own story, strengths, worries, and hopes for change.
I have experience supporting children, teens, and families who are navigating anxiety, separation, trauma, behavioural concerns, emotional regulation challenges, and difficult family transitions. I also work closely with parents, because when a child is struggling, caregivers often need support, understanding, and practical tools too.
My goal is to create a warm and safe space where children and teens feel heard and understood, and where parents feel supported rather than blamed. Together, we can better understand what may be underneath the behaviour, build on your child’s strengths, and find practical ways forward that fit your family.
