I am a child and family mental health clinician with experience supporting children, youth, and families across clinical, school, and community settings. I have completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, with registration in progress as a Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists.

My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when children and teens feel safe, understood, and supported, and when caregivers are included as an important part of the process. I work to create a space where families feel comfortable talking about challenges while also building realistic tools for change.

I have experience helping children, adolescents, and families navigate emotional, behavioural, developmental, and mental health concerns. In my current role I conduct intake and prescreening assessments, contribute to treatment planning, and work closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care.
