
Trevor Gilbert
Trevor is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Over the past five years, he has worked with Family and Community Support Services (FCSS), supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship challenges and a wide range of mental health concerns. He has also worked as an Addictions Counsellor with Fresh Start Recovery Centre and brings more than 15 years of experience working with youth in community, educational, and counselling settings.
Trevor believes that therapy works best when there is a genuine connection between client and therapist. He takes a down-to-earth, collaborative approach and focuses on creating a space where people feel comfortable being themselves. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck in a difficult season of life, navigating relationship challenges, or working through past experiences, Trevor will meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
